Hi! Our names are Dominique & Beth and as the co-partners and faces behind Forma Aesthetics, we are excited to provide our Medical Aesthetics services to Brooks, AB and surrounding areas! Here is a little bit about us:
✨ We are nurses who met working in the Brooks Emergency Room, both with a passion for holistically improving women’s health, wellness and beauty.
✨ Beth is a Nurse Practitioner and Dominique is a Registered Nurse, making us an ideal team for this industry. See our individual work experience in our bios!
